It carries oxygen throughout our body, helps keep us warm, fights infection, and contains the vital genetic material that complies our very being. It's our life juice. Aside from the literal, blood signifies family, and in more than one sense, is thicker than water. It's something we don't normally think about, thought it's been with us since before birth. And because of it's importance to life, we often us it as something to swear on, promises true and deep. So, shed some blood.
